What is escrow?

Escrow is the system we use during a job between the freelancer and employer, here is how it works:

1. Once a job is confirmed, the employer will pay the owed amount to Workezy. 

2. Once the job is complete, Workezy will then pay the owed amount to the freelancer. 

This benefits both parties as:

The employer has proven they have sufficient funds/ can afford the freelancer.

The freelancer cannot take the payment and run away before completing the work.

Workezy acts as a neutral third party, holding the funds until the both parties are satisfied.
