In the case of your payment failing, please check the following:

Did you input your card information correctly?

- Is your card currently valid?

- Is there a limit on your card?


What are your options?

- Please contact your payment provider to check there are no problems with your account

- Try using another payment method

- If the payment has failed only once, try repaying (Workezy will not charge you twice, If you are trying the repayment option, do not just refresh the page, start the checkout process again from the beginning).
