How to be payed out

Once you've been earning money and wish to be payed out, you can follow these steps to receive your earnings.

1. Go to your dashboard, you can do this by clicking on your username on the top right of the home page

2. On the top left of your dashboard you will see a display of your balance and the option to "Request a Payout" (this option is only available if you already have money in your balance)

3. A "Request a Payout" will open where you can input the Amount (how much money you wish to be payed out), Method (where you wish to be payed out too i.e PayPal etc.)  and Details (the details of the account you wish to be payed to).

4. Here is the correct information to put in the Details section:

For PayPal, simply put your PayPal account's email i.e [email protected]

For Payoneer, simply put your Payoneer account's email i.e [email protected]

For FPS Bank Transfer: You can use your account number:

Hong Kong Bank Account number must start with the 3 digit branch code and then followed by the 6-9 length account number.

We do not recommend doing bank transfers if you are not registered with FPS with a Hong Kong bank. Doing a non-FPS transfer will incur a fee of $38HKD which will be automatically deducted from the amount you requested to pay out.

All payouts are processed every Monday. So if you request a payout out on a Thursday, it will be authorised the following Monday.
