How to post a Project

Last Update há um ano

The 'Post a Project' button is available on almost every page on Workezy, simple find it in the top right corner. If you're on mobile, look for the megaphone icon.

Now that you're here, lets take a look at what each section means:

Category: First state which category your project best fits in. If you're looking for a photographer or a logo developer, choose Photography & Design. If you're looking for a tutor or coach, click Tutor & Coach. If you need someone to pick something up and deliver it for you, click Pick Up/Deliver.

Images: (Optional): If you want to post an image to accompany your project, then go for it! But most of the time, employers simply post the project without any attached images. If you wish to let the freelancer know what kind of logos you like, or what sort of photography style you're interested in, you can let them know this by sending them images in your chat with them once the job has started.

Title: Here is the most important part, creating a simple title to let freelancers know what your project is about. No need to get fancy, simply make you're title "Looking for a dog walker" or "Need a math tutor" or "Want a website made". You can provide all the finer details you like in the description box later.

Budget: Let freelancers know what you're willing to pay for this service. If your project is a one time event (like one logo made or one pickup/delivery or one website made) then state the total price you're willing to pay. If your project is a recurring event (like an English tutor or a photographer) then state the the hourly price you'll pay.

Location: This one is optional too, but if you need to meet your freelancer, or if the project takes place at your house (English tutor etc.) then set your location.

Due Date: If you require the project done by a certain day, then this is super important to let your freelancers know.

Description: Let the freelancer know all the details about your project you think will be relevant to them, don't worry if you don't cover it all, you can always communicate with your freelancer about things during the project. If you need a language tutor, let freelancers know what level you already are or what grade of tutoring is required. For logo developers, let them know what the brand name is, what colours you want, do you like the minimalist style? etc.

Then, simply click submit! You're project will be reviewed shortly and will then go live on the site.
