How do I make an offer on a project?

Hello Freelancer!
When you see a project that you know you can do, you'll want to place an offer to let the employer know you're interested.
Click on the project you want, and underneath the price is a 'Make an Offer' button
You can then input the price you're willing to do the project for, along with the details of who you are as a freelancer and why you're right for the job.
You may attach a file if it's necessary. If you're a logo developer, this is where you would upload an example of what you have done.
