How do I dispute an order?

If there is a problem with your order that cannot be resolved in messages with the other user. Then follow these steps:
Either the freelancer or the employer can go to their dashboard and click on 'Orders' on the left side of their screen.
Then you will click on the order you wish to dispute and scroll to the bottom right and select 'Dispute'
Then, state why you wish to dispute the order. Workezy's customer support team will then review the dispute.
